Job description
Participate in the full lifecycle of day-to-day development activities, including prioritization, task breakdowns, writing technical documents, design and code reviews, code deployment, and operations. Contribute to project priorities, establish milestones, drive schedules to meet a deadline, capture and present KPI metrics to evaluate progress of project. Be a technical lead on the team and work with internal and external teams to successfully deliver cross-functional projects that are of a high-quality (e.g., on-time, on-budget, maintainable, low-defects, etc.). Design and operate scalable Salesforce backend including data models, Apex like triggers, batch/queueable/async pattern using reusable engineering frameworks, and robust testing with source-driven CI/CD pipelines. Build intuitive Lightning User interface with Lightning Web Components (LWC) using HTML, CSS (SLDS), and modern JavaScript, ensuring accessibility and responsive design. Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems via secure APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) using Named Credentials, resilient error handling, and monitoring. Architect end-to-end solutions - including AWS components such as Lambda, API Gateway, and EventBridge schedulers triggered by Salesforce events - balancing performance, reliability, cost, and long-term maintainability.
Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered, or as a Systems Administrator, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to a Master's degree and three years of experience. Must have three years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) supporting large-scale, multi-tenant, enterprise Salesforce implementations, tools, integration services; (2) experience building Lightning User interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC) using HTML, CSS (SLDS), and modern JavaScript; (3) experience with APEX and Design Partners; and (4) architecting end-to-end solutions including AWS components.#0000

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $151,200/year to $204,600/year.
