Your key responsibilities As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex technical initiatives. On your typical engagement, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to assess their needs and provide guidance on SAP system capabilities. Lead requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, and documentation, while translating stakeholder needs into functional designs and managing configurations and integrations with both SAP and non-SAP systems. + Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems. + Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning. + Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively. + Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses. To qualify for the role, you must have + A bachelor's degree (4-year degree). + Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant professional experience working with SAP, including full-cycle implementation experience within your core module. + At least 3 years of hand-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM) on S/4HANA, including embedded or standalone TM. + Experience participating in at least one full-cycle SAP TM implementation, from design through go-live and stabilization. + Strong technical skills in application functional design. + Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. + Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills + Ability to build and manage relationships effectively. + A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%. Ideally, you'll also have + Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment. + SAP certification(s). + Ability to engage business and supply chain stakeholders to define transportation strategies supported by SAP TM. + Experience delivering SAP TM solutions within complex supply chain or logistics environments. + Experience in project management and tracking deliverable completion. + Experience in managing client relationships and expectations. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
