Software Engineer

• Design and execute performance and load testing strategies across distributed systems
• Implement fault injection scenarios to validate system resilience and failure recovery
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimise Kubernetes-based deployments
• Analyse test results and provide actionable insights to improve system performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tooling within the engineering team

Software Engineer (Performance & Resilience Testing) - SC Required - 3-4 months initially - \u00a3620/day Inside IR35 (Paid to the umbrella company) - Hybrid/London

• Proven experience in performance and load testing for scalable systems
• Hands-on expertise in fault injection and resilience testing methodologies
• Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerised environments
• Experience with testing frameworks/tools in cloud-native ecosystems
• Solid understanding of system reliability, scalability, and monitoring practices
