  • Collaborate with Software Engineering and other stakeholders to integrate AI and automation capabilities into existing enterprise tools and workflows.
  • Identify and propose new opportunities for AI augmentation or automation within the Process Assurance function.
  • Ensure AI and automation solutions align with organizational governance, security, and quality management system requirements.
  • Support automation of Process Assurance task creation, tracking, and assignment within enterprise work management systems.
  • Support the development of AI-enabled and automated solutions for quality-related processes beyond Process Assurance, including other Global Quality functions, when aligned with organizational priorities.

Process Assurance Support (Secondary Focus)

  • Support verification activities related to quality, compliance, and traceability across the software development lifecycle.
  • Assist with execution of selected Process Assurance activities such as reviews, assessments, or data collection to support team workload as needed.
  • Participate in quality reviews and process improvement initiatives under the guidance of the Process Assurance Manager and senior team members.
  • Contribute to maintaining audit readiness by supporting preparation, organization, or analysis of quality records and metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and continuous improvement efforts.
