Job description
We are seeking a Mid-Level AEM Developer with strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences and contribute to the full software development lifecycle., * Develop and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (6.x/AEM as a Cloud Service).
- Build reusable components, templates, workflows, and services using Sling Models, OSGi, and JCR.
- Integrate AEM with third-party systems and APIs.
- Customize and extend AEM functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Work with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement responsive designs.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, business analysts, and backend teams.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ensure best practices in AEM development, security, and content management.
- Support deployment activities and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in AEM.
- Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, components, templates, and workflows.
- Experience with Sling, OSGi, Apache Felix, and JCR.
- Proficiency in Java, Servlets, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with HTL (Sightly).
- Familiarity with AEM DAM, Sites, and Content Fragments.
- Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Understanding of web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
