Test Lead

• Overall Experience - 12 to 14 years
• Hands-on experience on Selenium and Playwright at least 3 years on each technology.
• Good hands on experience in Core Java/Java Script , Designing frameworks , Good experience in AI tools 1-2 years and also check if they can do coding as well
• Should be able to define overall QA vision & test strategy aligned with business goals
• Should be able to Perform QA maturity & risk assessment
• Should be able to Identify test scope, NFR needs, environments & tool stack
• Should be able to Define test architecture (functional, automation and performance)
• Select frameworks, tools, CI/CD strategy
• Should be able to Define shift-left / shift-right QA approach
• Should be able to Design automation framework architecture
• Should be able to Define coding standards, test data strategy, reusable components
• Should be able to Mentor Test Leads & Automation teams
• Should be able to Monitor overall test effectiveness & coverage metrics
• Should be able to Review automation health and technical debt
• Should be able to Optimize execution using parallelization / cloud grids
• Should be able to Guide defect leakage prevention & risk mitigation plans
• Should be able to Continuous improvement roadmap (AI, self?€'healing, observability)
