IT Project Manager-Healthcare

What You'll Do:

• Lead IT projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring success across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Maintain clear, accurate project documentation (charters, budgets, risk logs, status reports) to provide transparency to leadership
• Partner with internal councils and stakeholders to align projects with strategic priorities
• Drive project intake, prioritization, and governance processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT and business units to ensure successful delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with sponsors and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of IT project management experience (healthcare experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Experience with IT service management processes (incident, problem, and change management)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
