Full Stack Developer

• Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of full stack web applications.
• Partner with Squad Leads, Scrum Masters, Architects, QA engineers, and Product Owners to deliver high-impact features.
• Develop scalable and maintainable backend services and APIs, with supporting frontend components.
• Participate in technical design discussions and translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices, architectural standards, and test coverage requirements.
• Support continuous improvement through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and Agile best practices.
• Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.

• 5+ years of experience in full-Stack software engineering, preferably within financial services or other regulated domains.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business problems into scalable solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Object-oriented design principles and common design patterns
• Secure application development practices
• Apache Camel and enterprise integration patterns
• Client-side testing frameworks such as Jasmine and Karma
• DevOps practices including source control, CI/CD, and monitoring
• Docker containerization
• Kubernetes / EKS experience
• AWS cloud knowledge and/or certifications
• Experience with accessibility standards (W3C WCAG)
• Exposure to enterprise orchestration frameworks

Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
