AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to join our client (Equinix) team in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on building scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions to enhance digital infrastructure platforms and data-driven services., * Design and develop enterprise-scale AI solutions aligned with Equinix s digital platform ecosystem

• Build and optimize RAG-based architectures for knowledge retrieval and automation
• Integrate LLMs into existing backend systems and microservices
• Develop scalable APIs and services to support AI-driven capabilities
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security of AI applications
• Collaborate with platform engineering, data, and product teams in an Agile environment
• Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing emerging AI technologies

• Strong programming experience in Java (preferred) and/or Python
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI solutions
• Proven experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of NLP and semantic search techniques
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) in enterprise systems
• Solid experience in microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) with production deployments
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
