The BA will drive the discovery and documentation phases of the Life Finance workflow transformation. BA will be responsible for navigating complex business needs and ensuring that the final technical solutions align with the strategic goals of the project., * Requirement Elicitation: Facilitate workshops with the BPI and Life Business teams to define and capture "Future State" business requirements.

• Technical Translation: Convert high-level business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories for the Salesforce/nCino development team.
• Process Visualization: Design and maintain comprehensive business and technical workflow diagrams illustrating the end-to-end future state.
• Documentation & Governance: Create and manage project runbooks, technical documentation, and process guides to ensure long-term scalability and knowledge transfer.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain a tight feedback loop between the nCino Product Owner and the broader IT.

Looking for Strong nCino experience resource, who working as SFDC BA., * Platform Expertise: Proven experience configuring or analyzing requirements within nCino and the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep experience in Life Insurance or broader Insurance Financial Services.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to create professional-grade workflow diagrams (Visio) and technical runbooks.
