Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Middleware Developer III to join a growing Integration Development team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise integration solutions that support critical business operations., * Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise application integration solutions

  • Support and enhance integration platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Administer and support Meter Data Management systems and related integrations
  • Manage and support J2EE application server environments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with application development, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver project outcomes
  • Provide guidance on integration architecture, design, and best practices
  • Monitor system performance, respond to alerts, and proactively resolve issues
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
  • Automate administrative and operational tasks through scripting
  • Maintain system security, including access controls and data integrity
  • Participate in on-call rotation to support 24/7 system availability
  • Document solutions, processes, and system configurations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-train team members

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep experience across integration platforms, strong problem-solving ability, and the capacity to support high-availability systems in a fast-paced environment., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

  • Strong experience with enterprise integration tools and platforms, including:
  • IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)
  • IBM MQ
  • Java development
  • SQL and ESQL
  • Proven experience with API development and integration architecture
  • Experience working with application servers such as WebSphere, WebLogic, or Tomcat
  • Familiarity with messaging platforms (Kafka, ActiveMQ, etc.)
  • Experience with REST and SOAP-based services
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams, * Master's degree in a related field
  • IBM ACE or MuleSoft certifications
  • Experience in high-availability environments and system performance tuning
  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise systems and data platforms, * Exposure to modern integration technologies and enterprise platforms
  • Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to influence and improve system performance and reliability at scale
