Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in ServiceNow architecture design, development, and implementation.
- Hands on experience in ITOM / Telecom Service Management, Order Management & Integrations
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), CSA, CIS certifications
- Strong understanding of TMForum principles on solution architecture
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow technology architecture guidelines for infrastructure and application development.
- Very good communication and co-ordination skills
- Partner with application & technology teams to design scalable solutions.
- Liaison between application stakeholders and technology team
- Able to work and communicate different solutions to the business clients
- Break down on solution approach and percolate to the team in effective way
- 5+ years' experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, Web services (RESTful/SOAP), XML, JSON.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow governance and upgrade-safe design practices.
- Define platform architecture standards, roadmaps, and design guidelines.
- Map business requirements with ServiceNow standard functionality while minimizing customization.
- Provide technical leadership to developers and project managers.
- Ensure solution scalability, security, and compliance.
- Support Agile delivery by guiding solution increments and technical backlog refinement
