Analytics Developer

Collects, analyzes, abstracts, and reports on data using information technologies to support clinical/operational processes and departmental/organizational initiatives., * Designs data queries based on customer inquiries/needs.

• Extracts, validates, and analyzes desired data. Defines the scope and format of reports and prepares same.
• Collaborates on the design, implementation and evaluation of data analysis processes, including determining the metrics and methodologies to be used.
• Presents analysis in requested formats to internal/external audiences as required.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred:

• Experience with Snowflake, DBT, Power BI, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Certifications: Epic Clarity and Caboodle Data Model
