Job description
A growing cyber security company is looking for an experienced program manager to join their internal security team.

Program Leadership & Delivery o Lead end-to-end program management for IT and security initiatives. o Develop project plans, success criteria, timelines, and reporting cadences. o Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies.

Cross-Functional Coordination o Serve as the connective tissue between Security and IT teams. o Facilitate requirements gathering, project, program and roadmap planning, and prioritization. o Support operational readiness planning and execution across operating regions.

Platform Deployment & Operationalization o Support rollout and lifecycle management of IAM, MDM, SAML/SSO, endpoint security, SaaS governance, vulnerability management, logging, and collaboration tools. o Support the ongoing build and lifecycle of documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and project workflows. o Ensure planning, adoption and seamless integration of security and IT new tools and processes.

Governance, Compliance & Process Improvement o Support GRC, Security Engineering, & Security operations on the coordination of annual audit initiatives for SOC 2, ISO 27001, C5, and other key global audit and compliance initiatives. o Maintain scalable processes for intake, prioritization, and reporting. o Drive efficiency, automation, and measurable operational improvements.
Requirements
o 3-5 years of experience managing security / IT programs in a startup or technical environment. o Strong understanding of modern Security & IT technologies. o Demonstrated success delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects. o Strong communication and project management skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
o Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and key global compliance and audit standards. o Familiarity with cybersecurity tooling and cloud security concepts. o Vendor evaluation or procurement experience. o Certifications are a plus but not required.
