Job description
As a Senior Test Automation Engineer , you'll play a key role in shaping our QA strategy designing scalable automation frameworks and ensuring high-quality software across frontend, backend, and microservices architectures. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright
- Develop test suites for UI, APIs, and microservices
- Drive end-to-end, integration, and reliability testing
- Leverage tools like Postman, VS Code, GitHub Copilot
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
- Lead testing strategies, test plans, and quality initiatives
- Mentor offshore QA engineers and promote best practices
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams
Requirements
- 8+ years (or 6+ with Master's) in QA/Automation
- Strong experience with Playwright (must-have) and Postman
- Expertise in automation frameworks (UI + API + microservices)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Java Spring Boot, AWS
- Solid understanding of Agile & SDLC
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience
