We're looking for an exceptional Operations Manager, Technology to serve as the strategic backbone for Sunbit's technology leadership as we scale globally.
This is not a traditional operations manager role- it's a true partner position for someone who thrives on building technology operations, connecting business and technology, driving cross-functional execution, and turning chaos into clarity in a high-growth fintech environment. You will work directly with the CTO, acting as a force multiplier across logistical execution, project management, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence, while interacting with global teams.

What You'll Own:
Technology Operations & Project Coordination
- Own end-to-end project tracking and support major initiatives like global teams expansion and the AI revolution across the company.
- Manage cross-functional workflows between Tech and business.
- Build and maintain systems, templates, and playbooks that increase team velocity and reduce friction.
Executive Support & Leadership Partnership
- Act as a strategic thought partner, supporting leadership, creating alignment and managing priorities across a fast-moving environment.
- Manage everyday Tech operations, including office, routines, calendar, travel, important meetings and events with the CTO.
Process, Systems & Efficiency
- Create and optimize reporting cadences, budget trackers, and resource allocation processes.
- Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively design solutions before they become problems.
Stakeholder & Event Management
- Coordinate high-visibility events, offsites, conferences, and leadership meetings.
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams and third parties.
Special Projects & Org Build
- Support the stand-up of new executive functions by managing hiring logistics, onboarding, and team integration.
- Take on high-impact special projects as needed by the CTO.

- The CTO and technology leadership team feel 10x more effective and focused on strategy.
- Projects and initiatives you lead are executed according to plan.
- Technology operations run with clear processes, visibility, and predictability.
- Complex initiatives launch on time with minimal last-minute scrambling.
- You become the "glue" that holds the global, scaling technology organization together., * 7+ years as an Operations manager, Chief of Staff, or Operations Partner supporting C-level or VP-level leaders (fintech, tech, or high-growth startup experience strongly preferred).
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with modern tools (AI tools, Google Workspace, Project management tools, Slack, Jira and more).
- Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional project management skills and systems-thinking mindset.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and proactive problem-solving.
- Experience in working in global organizations
- Program management background in technology organizations is an advantage
- A builder's mentality, you love creating order from chaos and scaling teams.

How We Pay:
- We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to previous experience, relevant work history, interview performance, geographical location, internal equity, and expected level of ownership.
- We are targeting a salary of $180,000-$200,000 per year for this role
- This role will also be granted company equity via stock options
