Network Administrator

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connectivity to ensure stable and secure operations.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN and switching environments while optimizing performance across business-critical systems.
• Administer Cisco and Meraki networking solutions, applying updates, policy changes, and configuration improvements as needed.
• Support SD-WAN and voice infrastructure by addressing connectivity issues, improving service reliability, and coordinating technical resolutions.
• Maintain and support virtualization environments using VMware and Hyper-V in alignment with infrastructure requirements.
• Oversee Active Directory-related network dependencies and assist with access, authentication, and connectivity issues.
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to reduce recurring network disruptions.

• Document configurations, procedures, and environment changes to support operational continuity and team collaboration. Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in network administration or a closely related infrastructure support role.
• Practical experience with firewall technologies, Cisco routers, Cisco networking, and Cisco VPN solutions.
• Strong knowledge of LAN architecture, LAN switching, and switching protocols within enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting SD-WAN and VoIP technologies in a business setting.
• Hands-on familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and its interaction with network access and authentication services.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate solutions clearly to stakeholders.
