AWS Network Engineer

Looking for strong Python, Pyspark, Databricks, and AWS skills, with experience in S3, EC2, and working with (python) pandas dataframes. Certification in Databricks or AWS is highly preferred, and they d like to see proof of these certs. Kafka basics are also required, as the team consumes from Kafka. The role is primarily Data Engineering, with about 20% focus on machine learning. The manager mentioned they want someone who is rate neutral, leaning toward a mid-senior level candidate not architect. There s just one role open right now, specifically someone who can design pipelines, optimize deployments, and handle CICD processes. Basic knowledge of Java would be a plus. Sounds like reputable schools would be preferred. Not a run of the mill data engineer, looking for somebody who communicates well, has opinions. Seems like he d pay for the right candidate but again, not an architect level doesn t have to be too senior on paper, but need to be able to back up the paper.
