Looking for a strong SDET to join our team. You will use your analytical skills to provide test planning and test execution (manual and automated) for new features prior to going to market. You will work with other QA team members, Product, and Engineers on a regular basis, as well as various other teams as needed. You ll be exposed to many of our products and have many opportunities to learn new things. We need an individual who has a passion for quality. We're a culture that is very much open to new ideas. This position requires working from the Phoenix office Tuesday through Thursday each week, with Mondays and Fridays as needed. Responsibilities

Analyze requirements/story cards to gather test scenarios and plan for testing

Contribute to estimating test effort

Contribute to all aspects of functional testing

Collaborate with other QA team members, and developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage

Create test case documentation for new features

Execute Smoke, Integration, System Integration, and Release Testing for all assigned products and features

Document and track bugs using Jira

Analyze and reproduce problems reported by customers

Contribute to knowledge management using Confluence

Tools - JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, Slack

Database - PostgreSQL

API Testing - JSON, PostMan

Automation - Selenium, JAVA , Cucumber, PlayWright (, JavaScript/Typescript

AI project experience preferred

Python project experience preferred

Required Qualifications

Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills (must be a Go-Getter)

Ability to shift priorities as needed

Strong experience in Software Quality Assurance or similar role

Strong Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Quality Engineering process
