Job description

Job Summary: Lead complex analytical projects to optimize LifeBridge Health's performance, quality, and cost initiatives. You will serve as a technical expert and advisor, transforming raw data into sophisticated models and visual stories that drive executive decision-making., * Advanced Analytics: Design and execute statistical models (regression, forecasting, sensitivity analysis) using tools like R, SAS, SPSS, or STATA.

  • Data Engineering: Extract, clean, and integrate disparate data sources. Write custom scripts (SQL, Python, VBA) and build complex database queries to ensure data integrity.
  • Visualization: Act as the enterprise expert in Tableau, creating high-impact dashboards to track outcomes and operational trends.
  • Strategic Advisory: Translate complex findings into actionable reports for leadership. Develop organizational best practices for data policies and machine learning applications.
  • Collaboration: Partner with clinical subject matter experts and IS teams to support data-driven healthcare delivery.

Requirements

  • Expertise: Advanced SQL (window functions, subqueries) and statistical software proficiency.
  • Visualization: Mastery of Tableau.
  • Programming: Desired proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or JSON.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in data modeling, clinical analytics, or a related field.
