ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a contract role. This position involves integrating new ServiceNow modules with internal tools, such as Jira, and with vendor tools and their ServiceNow instances. The role is primarily focused on development, with a significant portion of time dedicated to coding and a smaller portion to meetings and collaboration with the development team., * Perform ServiceNow development and integration work.

• Integrate new ServiceNow modules with internal and external tools.
• Engage in custom development for reporting, dashboards, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) reviews.
• Collaborate with the Lead Developer and project stakeholders.
• Dedicate approximately 75% of time to development tasks and 25% to meetings and collaborative work.

Experience: Seven or more years of experience in ServiceNow development and integration is required.

Technical Skills: Candidates must have experience with ITSM and Integration Hub.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Performance Analytics.
• ServiceNow Developer Certifications.
• Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
