Job description
We are seeking a senior Oracle Financials Cloud Lead with strong functional expertise across Oracle ERP Financial modules. This role requires hands-on leadership in implementation, support, and enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, lead fit-gap discussions, and coordinate with offshore teams to deliver scalable financial solutions., * Lead end-to-end Oracle Financials Cloud (ERP) implementations and support engagements
- Drive requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design
- Configure and support core financial modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Manage month-end and year-end financial closing processes
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations (experience with Oracle Integration Cloud - OIC preferred)
- Provide production support in an AMS model, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and enhancements
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and status reporting
- Lead and coordinate onsite-offshore delivery model
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle Financials
- Strong expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud (Fusion) - EBS-only profiles will not be considered
- Proven experience in both implementation and AMS/support environments
- Hands-on configuration experience across financial modules (not just functional coordination)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Exposure to reporting tools like OTBI / BI Publisher
- Prior experience working with Infosys or similar large SI environments
