Job description
Agentic Workflow Development & Enablement:
- Serving as the primary architect for "Level 2" AI agents (semi-autonomous, multi-step workflows), and building solutions that transcend simple chat interfaces into complex, multi-step automations.
- Developing robust reference implementations and templates using tools that serve as the standard for others.
- Translating business processes provided by the COE into technical logic, error handling, and automation scripts, while creating the documentation and guides needed to enable others to replicate this success.
System Architecture & Design:
- Defining the technical requirements for new agentic workflows and collaborating with cross-functional technical teams, including Data Engineering and IT.
- Ensuring the necessary data pipelines and integration points are built to underpin these agentic workflows.
- Managing the agent execution environments and data connectivity layers, ensuring that all integrations and model-to-tool orchestrations are secure, performant, and scalable.
- Identifying architectural gaps and designing solutions that bridge multiple systems (e.g., connecting Salesforce events to Slack notifications via AI logic).
Security & Governance Implementation:
- Working closely with Information Security to ensure all AI agents respect access controls, while architecting the foundational security best practices and guardrails that ensure every solution follows corporate security policies and compliance standards.
- Building "Human-in-the-Loop" checkpoints into automated workflows to ensure safety and quality.
Prototyping & Innovation:
- Rapidly prototyping new agent concepts to test feasibility and ROI.
- Staying ahead of the curve on emerging AI engineering standards to keep Taulia's infrastructure future-proof.
Requirements
- Agentic Architecture Experience: Proven track record of designing and deploying autonomous AI agents. You understand agentic patterns (e.g., ReAct, Chain of Thought), tool definition, and how to manage context and memory across multi-step workflows.
- LLM Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models beyond simple API calls. You know how to select the right model for the task, optimize context windows, manage token limits, and implement strategies to reduce hallucinations.
- Engineering Foundation: 10+ years in software engineering with proven experience in architecting scalable solutions, and at least 3+ years specifically in AI. You are a builder who has pivoted to engineering with AI, focusing on focusing on solving structural business problems through deep integration and orchestration.
- Advanced Prompt Engineering: Experience treating prompts as code. You have methodologies for testing, versioning, and optimizing system prompts to ensure consistent agent behavior in a production environment.
- Integration Mastery: Demonstrated ability to connect LLMs to external tools and APIs to perform real-world actions (not just chat)., At Taulia, we are embracing Artificial Intelligence to revolutionize our industry and empower our team. We believe AI is a fundamental tool for innovation, efficiency, and creative problem-solving. We are looking for forward-thinking individuals who share our excitement for the future and are eager to learn, experiment, and grow with us in an AI-driven landscape. If you have a curious, adaptive, and collaborative mindset, you will thrive here.
