Job description
Responsibilities: + Manage and execute Salesforce deployments across development, QA, UAT, staging, and production environments. + Maintain and support Git-based version control, including branching and merging. + Conduct peer reviews of Salesforce metadata changes and pull requests to ensure quality and standards. + Validate Apex tests, code coverage, and deployment readiness. + Troubleshoot deployment failures, metadata conflicts, and environment differences. + Support sandbox refreshes, environment alignment, and data preparation. + Collaborate with developers, admins, QA, and release teams to coordinate and plan deployments. + Document deployment procedures, release steps, and environment configurations. + Ensure release activities follow internal controls and audit requirements. + Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment processes and release management practices. Experience Requirements: + Up to 3 to 5 years of experience in DevOps, Release Engineering

or Salesforce deployment roles. + Practical experience using Git for version control. + Experience performing peer reviews within a development or release workflow. + Ability to diagnose and resolve deployment and metadata issues. + Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. + Experience with Flosum (preferred). + Exposure to code quality tools such as PMD, ESLint, or SonarQube (preferred). + Hands-on experience with Salesforce metadata such as Apex, LWC, Flows, Custom Objects, and Permission Sets (preferred).
