Delivery Manager Datacenter Migration

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end datacenter migration programs. The role involves driving large-scale infrastructure migrations, managing cutovers and war-room activities, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple technology towers. The ideal candidate will have strong delivery governance, stakeholder management, and experience in regulated environments like BFSI. Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end datacenter migration delivery across compute, database, network, storage, and middleware * Drive migration planning, wave execution, cutover readiness, and hypercare support * Manage war-room activities, risks, dependencies, and escalation handling * Ensure strong delivery governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication * Oversee service operations aligned with ITIL and continuous improvement

20+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in Delivery/Program Management * Proven experience in datacenter migration programs (must-have) * Strong expertise in cutover planning, war-room execution, and multi-tower infra * Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills * Experience in BFSI / regulated environments preferred
