Requirements
- Understanding of LLM concepts, prompt workflows, enterprise GenAI patterns, and responsible AI considerations.
- Strong ability to evaluate use cases, gather requirements, and translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Familiarity with iterative delivery, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration processes.
- Banking/Financial domain experience., * Technical Acumen: Comfortable reviewing Python code, understanding data flows, and analyzing API/integration patterns at a functional-technical level.
- Data Literacy: Comfort exploring datasets, understanding schema, and performing basic troubleshooting on data-related issues.
- Integration & Systems Thinking: Ability to identify platform dependencies, assess capability gaps, and troubleshoot integration issues end-to-end.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled at guiding tenant teams through onboarding milestones from ideation to production, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Process Optimization: Experience identifying operational inefficiencies and driving improvements in workflows, documentation, and tooling.
- Project/Delivery Coordination: Ability to track progress, manage timelines, remove blockers, and shepherd teams through platform onboarding stages.
- Structured Communication: Clear, concise communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Pay Range*: $60 - $65 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
