Job description

Requirements

At 4 Media Central, we are looking for a driven, self-motivated Help Desk Support Technician to be the heartbeat of our technical operations. As the first point of contact for our team, you won't just be fixing computers-you'll be empowering our staff to create and innovate by ensuring our technology never misses a beat., * Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a support or help desk role.

  • Education: An Associate degree (or equivalent experience); a BS in Computer Science or a related field is a huge plus!
  • Tech Prowess: Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and network devices (computers, phones, tablets, and copiers).
  • Communication Skills: You can walk someone through a complex problem-solving process with ease and a smile.
  • The Right Mindset: You are goal-oriented, detail-obsessed, and possess a genuine hunger to learn new technologies.
