Requirements

Salesforce Exp: 5+ Years Salesforce Health Cloud in a payer environment: 1+ Years Data Cloud: 5+ Years Agentforce (or AI-driven agent workflows): 1+ Years Salesforce solution design:2+ Years Experience Cloud (portals): 2+ Years BSA: 5 Domain Experience (If any) Healthcare Payor

Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Business Analyst

  1. As a Salesforce Consultant/BSA, the person should have driven or played an integral role in a minimum of 4-5 different Sales/Service/Experience Cloud/Health Cloud/Data Cloud Salesforce.com implementations, each of not less than 6 months each.
  2. Total IT industry experience of at least 8 years, with at least 5 of those in Salesforce.com. Projects experience with specific reference to CRM Roadmap planning and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud / Health Cloud/ Data Cloud / Force.com Implementation / Architectural oversight is a must
  3. Experience and domain knowledge in the Healthcare payer business (particularly in the Sales stream) is a must
  4. Must have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in large-scale enterprise implementations involving multiple parallel Salesforce programs/projects within a Scrum of Scrums model.
  5. Ability to capture requirements from business users - requirements may pertain to the implementation of SFDC Sale/Service/Experience Cloud or may pertain to development of pure-play custom applications on the Force.com platform.
  6. Knowledge of Requirements Analysis and Management processes: Very strong hands-on experience and high degree of comfort in preparing Requirement documentations including EPICS, features, user stories in JIRA, artifacts like scope document, Gap analysis documents/Use-cases, and Solution Design documentation.
  7. Must have high degree of experience in requirement/issues tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc.,
  8. Must have experience working with SFDC objects, configuration, and administration essentials.
  9. Also need to be able to build prototype configurations in Sales/Service/Experience Cloud /SFDC/Force.com/Agent Force as part of Design phase.
  10. Apex/Visualforce knowledge will be nice to have, but not mandatory, as long as the person has very good experience in doing Solution

Design/Technical Design.

  1. Knowledge of, and experience in Salesforce.com CODE-level re-engineering / Code optimization will also be good-to-have.
  2. Must have Experience in interacting with Business teams and Users across different geographies, and in running end-to-end Requirements-gathering and Design-brainstorming sessions.
  3. Experience in Onsite-Offshore coordination: Coordinate with Development, Configuration and Testing teams during build and deployment phases of the project. Also, will need to liaison between IT and business teams to help clarify questions and requirements.
