SAP QA Test Lead

This role serves as the SAP QA Lead,. Ideal candidates bring deep SAP module expertise and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain knowledge, translating business requirements into risk-based QA approaches. Key priorities include expanding automation frameworks, establishing measurable QA standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to align testing with end-to-end processes and integrations (including Guidewire and other upstream systems). Although this is a lead role, hands-on involvement is expected to meet delivery commitments within a small-team environment.

SAP FICO/GL+ TOSCA Automation Testing + SAP Solution Manager (Test Suite) with Banking or financial domain experience, * 10+ years of SAP QA Manager

• Proficiency with SAP TOSCA Automation Tool and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).

• Ability to create new test cases, analyze failures, and independently maintain/fix test scripts.

• Strong collaboration skills to work across various SAP teams and comprehend automation requirements.

• Minimum 2+ years of Business Analysis (BA)and/or Quality Analyst (QA) experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector.

• Experience in BA and/or QA application maintenance, enhancement, and Production Support in IT systems.

• Knowledge of SAP BAPI/RFC and integration experience with upstream applications, particularly Guidewire or similar Policy/Claim Administration Systems.

• Proficient in developing and reviewing test plans, scenarios, cases, scripts, and in bug/defect analysis.
