Tech VA Summit Build + Execution w/WordPress Experience

We are hiring a Technical Virtual Assistant with proven virtual summit experience and WordPress expertise to support the full build, integration, and execution of an upcoming multi-speaker virtual event. This is a project-based role (now - mid July) with potential for future summits. You must have hands-on experience supporting the backend of a virtual summit with multiple speakers.

Project Scope You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical implementation of the virtual event, ensuring all systems are connected, functional, and tested. This includes, * Speaker Promo Center (20-40 speaker pages)

• 2. Platform Integration (WordPress + Kajabi)

• Connect all pages to Kajabi

• Ensure opt-ins, tagging, and user flows function correctly

• Route users to correct emails, pages, and offers

• Build automations based on provided flow map
• Ensure clean segmentation and no duplicate/conflicting emails
• Test full user journeys (registration * reminders * VIP * replay)
• Set up Google Analytics + conversion tracking
• Create and manage 30+ tracked speaker links (Pretty Links or similar)
• Implement UTM tracking across campaigns
• Build and organize all speaker pages
• Upload assets, links, and free gifts
• Ensure all links and tracking are working
• Embed sessions
• Configure timed release schedule
• Set content expiration
• Align countdown timers
• Run full end-to-end testing (standard + VIP journeys)
• Ensure mobile responsiveness, working links, and accurate tracking
• Monitor systems during launch + replay
• Troubleshoot issues quickly
• Ensure smooth user experience across all touchpoints
• Provide analytics (opt-ins, conversions, speaker performance)
