Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused engineering solution., 5+ years of experience with systems architecture or engineering Experience with architecture modeling Experience with SysML Knowledge of the software development life cycle, including Agile software development methodology Ability to lead software development team through all phases of the software development life cycle Ability to perform modeling, architecture, design, and testing to provide and sustain operational capabilities in military ground systems and vehicles Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have: 5+ years of experience with software development, software maintenance, digital engineering, or system integration Experience leading a systems engineering team through the complete development life cycle, including architecture, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance, following the Agile software development methodology Experience with software engineering of embedded systems Experience with CAMEO Experience with stakeholder agreement management, project and work plan definition, work plan execution, communication management, risk and issue management, resource management, supplier management, and intellectual capital management Experience with development to translate stakeholder and system needs into software requirements Knowledge of Software Configuration Management (SCM) and tools, including SVN, Bitbucket, Git, or Jira Knowledge of Linux operating system, including RedHat or RedHawk Ability to develop and execute software and electronics life cycle management, development, transition, and sustainment and support plans Secret clearance
