Job description

In the role of Finance Sr Analyst SAP S/4 HANA you will be responsible for designing and configuring the SAP Finance application in an SAP S/4 HANA Central Finance Retail agile environment. As a member of the SAP S/4 build team, you will design Finance and Controlling solutions based on best practices. As a trusted leader on projects you will facilitate blueprinting workshops, conduct gap analysis, and work within an agile team to implement solid financial solutions. You will work closely with your finance business partners and bring innovative solutions using standard SAP functionality., * Partner with Finance business partners to understand their needs, document requirements, recommend and deliver solutions specifically with FICO applications.

  • Recommend and implement solutions in other areas of S4 HANA FICO including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, PS and Group Reporting.

  • Design integrations between SAP S/4 and 3^rd party applications such as Blackline, Concur, FIS etc.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP S/4 HANA Finance with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, WM) and external systems.

  • Follows controls while working in SDLC environment including agile.

  • Build trusted relationships with business partners, IT teams and consulting partners.

  • Evaluates, proposes, devises and initiates process improvement activities or solutions within IT.

  • Advises on application security, upgrades, backups, and archival needs. Ensures that all requests for support follow standards and proper procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or applicable work experience.
  • 1+ years hands on SAP S/4 HANA.
  • 5+ years hands on SAP FICO experience with intercompany, AP, AR, GL, AA, CCA, PCA, PS and Group reporting.
  • Skilled and comfortable with tackling complex challenges, either in leading the troubleshooting effort or advising others.
  • Experience leading, designing, completing configurations and enhancements within an agile SAP S/4 environment.
  • Ability to create and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, process flows, and supporting documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills; feels comfortable working with non-technical business partners.
  • Experience collaborating with other IT areas such as ABAP, Basis, Security and Integrations.
  • Experience presenting solutions to IT and business partners.
  • Knowledge in using JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint is a plus.
  • Work with production support and project consultants in an onshore / offshore model.

Benefits & conditions

The pay range for this position is $102,900.00 - $145,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
