Elastic Search Developer / Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Elastic Search Developer/Engineer to design, build, and optimize search and log analytics solutions within a fast paced Capital Markets environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Elastic Stack components and hands on experience managing large scale, high availability search clusters., * Design, deploy, and manage Elastic Search clusters for high performance search and analytics.

• Implement indexing strategies, configure shards/replicas, and optimize cluster performance.
• Perform search performance tuning, relevance tuning, and query optimization.
• Develop and manage log analytics pipelines using Logstash, Beats, and Kibana.
• Build visualization dashboards in Kibana to support monitoring, reporting, and insights.
• Troubleshoot cluster issues, performance bottlenecks, and indexing/search exceptions.
• Work closely with Capital Markets teams to translate business requirements into scalable search solutions.
• Ensure Elastic Stack configurations align with security, compliance, and operational standards.

• Strong hands on expertise in Elastic Search cluster design, deployment, scaling, and maintenance.
• Deep understanding of indexing, mappings, analyzers, search queries, aggregation frameworks, and tuning.
• Experience with Kibana, Logstash, Beats, and the Elastic Stack ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of log analytics and data ingestion pipelines.
• Proven experience in Capital Markets (mandatory), with understanding of trade data, market data, and regulatory workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems, cluster performance issues, and ingestion failures.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills., * Elastic Stack expert with experience supporting mission critical, low latency systems.
• Comfortable working in high pressure, financial market environments.
• Able to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
