Join GDIT as a Customer Service Specialist II for a career where your growth is just as important as the mission you support., As a Customer Service Specialist II, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of a Federal grantmaking agency. You will play a crucial role in supporting the agency's grants management systems, providing technical assistance to agency staff, contractors, grant applicants and awardees.
- Support users with technical issues and questions
- Collaborate with IT team to research problems and recommend changes to the user interface and underlying workflows to better serve key stakeholders
Requirements

Education: High School Diploma/GED

Experience: 1+ years of related experience

Technical skills: Familiarity with common ticketing and service desk applications, such as Jira and ServiceNow, as well as Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and Teams

Security clearance level: NACI

US citizenship required

Must be able to work from Fort Detrick in Frederick, Maryland, Years of Experience 1 + years of related experience
