Responsibilities Serve as a key liaison between engineering teams, content creators, and event speakers to ensure seamless communication and execution of technical sessions. Coordinate the planning and delivery of hands-on sessions, managing workflows from inception to completion. Translate technical requirements for various stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding across diverse teams. Monitor session performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance participant experiences. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and best practices for event speakers and team members.

Skills Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud computing concepts, particularly in generative AI technologies. Proven experience in technical program or product management, with a track record of successful project execution. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences. Strong organizational abilities and a knack for managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Preferred Skills Experience with large-scale technical events or workshops, enhancing hands-on learning experiences. Familiarity with content management systems and database applications, such as Airtable or Excel. Relevant AWS certifications that demonstrate expertise in cloud technologies.
