Front-End Web Developer

An Associate Front-End Developer helps build and maintain user-facing features for websites and web applications. This is an early-career role focused on learning, contributing to UI implementation, fixing bugs, and supporting senior developers-all while building mastery in core front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. • Translate UI/UX wireframes into functional web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build responsive layouts optimized for various devices and browsers.
• Assist in implementing interactivity, animations, and user-facing components.

Website Maintenance & Optimization

• Fix front-end bugs and perform routine website updates.
• Support performance optimization (load time, accessibility, cross-browser testing).

Collaboration

• Work closely with designers to translate visual concepts into code.
• Partner with backend developers to integrate APIs and data into UI components.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established standards.

Quality Assurance

• Test UI functionality across modern browsers and devices.
• Identify UI/UX inconsistencies and suggest improvements.

• Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Design, or comparable experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Foundational proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Basic familiarity with modern frameworks (React, Angular or Vue) is a plus.
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
• Exposure to version control workflows.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented and committed to producing quality code.
