Salesforce Architect-Full time-Hybrid

• Define and drive the overall Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business goals.
• Analyze business requirements and perform feasibility assessments for implementation.
• Design data models, system integrations, and application workflows.
• Lead technical discussions and solution workshops with stakeholders, including leadership teams.
• Architect scalable and secure solutions across Salesforce platforms.
• Oversee development, testing, and deployment activities ensuring quality and best practices.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce design patterns, governor limits, and large data volume handling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system integration.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design and technical presentations.
• Develop proof of concepts (POCs), whitepapers, and reusable solution frameworks.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce data architecture, integrations, and enterprise-level solution design, along with strong stakeholder management skills., * 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 3+ years in Salesforce architecture.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, APIs, SOQL/SOSL).
• Experience designing solutions on Force.com platform.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and MVC frameworks.
• Experience with Java or .NET technologies.
• Proven experience in multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.
• Experience with web services (SOAP/REST, WSDL) and integration tools.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader).
• Expertise in security models, including Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Familiarity with deployment tools like ANT or Change Sets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills., * Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Architect track, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
• Experience with AppExchange product development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience publishing whitepapers or technical documentation.
• Ability to lead multiple architecture engagements independently.
