Job description
We are hiring a UX Designer with strong experience in SharePoint Online & intranet design to support a global organization. < data-start="371" data-end="401">Key Responsibilities:
- Gather user requirements with stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams
- Design intuitive intranet experiences & workflows in SharePoint Online
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user research & usability testing
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and branding compliance
- Collaborate with developers for seamless implementation
- Support user adoption & change management initiatives
Requirements
- Strong UX design experience (intranet/SharePoint preferred)
- Hands-on with SharePoint Online UX capabilities
- Expertise in Figma / Adobe / prototyping tools
- Knowledge of responsive design (mobile to ultrawide)
- Experience with usability testing & data-driven design
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
