CLA is currently seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to join our growing Digital practice. This role is responsible for the successful delivery of projects by managing scope, budget, timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring alignment with project goals. Works closely with cross-functional teams to track progress, flag and mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Contributes to process improvements and applying standard project management practices to ensure consistency and quality. Essential Job Functions
- Manage day-to-day execution of assigned projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and on budget in alignment with client's digital priorities and outcomes.
- Develop and manage key detailed project artifacts, such as charters, plans, schedules, resource plans, RAID logs to drive clarity, accountability, and execution discipline.
- Apply and adapt standard project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools to fit project and client needs, ensuring consistency and quality across engagements.
- Build strong relationships with various stakeholders, including service lines, industry groups, enterprise functions, vendors, and client teams ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones and deliverables, and proactively identify, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate risks or issues to leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and governance, facilitating decision-making forums, managing stakeholders, and driving timely resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide clear, concise, actionable, and consistent updates, status reports, and documentation to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting progress, risks, key decisions and discussion topics.
- Proactively manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking project performance against financial targets.
- Partner with change management and business stakeholders to support user adoption, readiness, and realization of intended business outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance Digital project delivery processes, tools, and team collaboration.
Requirements
4 years of experience working in project management required., Bachelor's degree required. (Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.)
