IT Assistant

What You'll Do:

• Provide basic IT assistance to end users and the IT department
• Track maintenance schedules and manage inventory for equipment and software
• Order, set up, and deliver desktops, laptops, and mobile phones to staff
• Travel between LIFE Pittsburgh locations for equipment setup and field service support
• Gain hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, mobile devices, and Office365

• General knowledge of computers, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office365
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for IT

Salary range:

$18 - $22.50 hourly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
