Not a team, but rather a family Each one of us is the master of our domain, but work with each other to achieve results. Transparency & Honesty We wear each other's shoes to understand all perspectives. We try to get comfortable enough to share our discomfort easily. Together, do right We are not here to be right. We are here to figure out what is right, and what is the right thing to do. Flat and open Our organization is flat. There is a place at the table for everyone. We don't have an open-door policy but rather a no door policy.
