Job description
We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape experiences within Catalyst. This role focuses on designing intuitive, efficient workflows across complex systems that support internal users throughout the loan lifecycle.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and design peers to deliver high-quality user experiences, simplify complex processes, and contribute to scalable design solutions. This role is execution-focused, with opportunities to influence design decisions and contribute to broader experience strategy., * Design user experiences across complex workflows and systems
- Translate business and user needs into clear, intuitive design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver features effectively
- Apply user research and usability testing to improve experiences
- Contribute to design systems and ensure consistency across products
- Participate in design critiques and continuously improve design quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design
- Experience designing user experiences across complex systems or workflows
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Miro
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing internal tools or operational workflows
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries
- Familiarity with service design or journey mapping
- Experience contributing to or working within design systems
Benefits & conditions
Target base salary range for Baltimore, MD is $115k-$145k, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience.
