What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Leading a deep architectural assessment of a complex AEM Cloud implementation
• Identifying over-customization, technical debt, and supportability risks
• Defining a future-state support model (internal vs vendor vs hybrid)
• Translating technical complexity into clear executive-level recommendations
• Guiding architecture, governance, and transition execution

You will operate as both:

• A hands-on architect
• A strategic technical advisor to leadership

• Proven experience:

• Assessing complex, highly customized enterprise platforms
• Identifying supportability and architecture risks
• Working with vendor-built systems

• Demonstrated ability to:

• Develop technical assessments and recommendations

• Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders

• Experience with:

• Confluence, SharePoint, Azure DevOps (or similar tools), * AEM developers without architecture experience

• Architects who are not hands-on or cannot assess code and implementation
