- Develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, DB2, CICS, SQL, JCL, and Stored Procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing mainframe systems
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to mainframe development
Requirements
Introduction: We are currently seeking a Senior Mainframe Developer to join our team in New Jersey (Edison). The ideal candidate will have expertise in COBOL, DB2, CICS, SQL, JCL, and Stored Procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of the Supply Chain area, and experience working with Retail clients is highly preferred., * Proficiency in COBOL programming language
