Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate individual to assume the role of a System Application Engineer in our Columbia , MD location.
What will you do?
- Programming building automation system controllers and HVAC systems
- Entering database information as well as setting up controllers and computers
- Creating graphics for web page designs and menus among other projects/tasks

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Programming knowledge/skills required
- Knowledge of electrical principles
- Control systems/HVAC systems knowledge a plus (but not required)
Benefits & conditions
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $70,000 - $75,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
