Job description
The SharePoint Developer designs, builds, and enhances SharePoint Online and Microsoft O365 applications. Responsibilities include development, documentation, deployment, and maintenance of SharePoint-based solutions. The role supports projects using SharePoint and Power Platform, serving a federal client with a global footprint and collaborating on operations, security, data management, and program management. What you will be doing, Develop new customer-facing applications and features in SharePoint.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications and features.
- Interact with business analysts and end users to elicit, analyze, and understand project needs and requirements.
- Interpret and translate business and security requirements into technical requirements.
- Learn and adopt new skills and technologies.
- Update technical documentation for application designs and status reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong experience with SharePoint, Power Platform, Modern Pages, SharePoint Designer, and Visual Studio.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, APIs, XML, CSON / JSON, AJAX, and IIS.
- Experience with source control solutions such as TFS or Git Hub.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact professionally within all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Microsoft PL-400 certification Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience developing in Azure environments.
- Experience with PowerShell.
- Experience with data visualization applications such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with programming languages (Python, C#, C++, etc.) and automated testing tools., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Over 7 years of hands-on development experience with SharePoint 2016/2019, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework, and related Microsoft applications.
- Demonstrated experience in software design and full lifecycle development.

Pay Range: $130k - $140k
