Job description
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect with strong expertise in S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise financial solutions. The role requires deep functional knowledge, architectural leadership, and experience in global financial consolidation and reporting.
The opportunity:

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP FICO including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, and Group Reporting

Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy

Architect and deliver SAP Group Reporting / Financial Consolidation solutions (intercompany elimination, consolidation, ownership structures)

Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions

Lead full lifecycle implementations (blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, hypercare)

Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, BW, BTP, etc.)

Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks

Provide expert guidance on financial processes, regulatory reporting, and compliance

Drive process optimization and automation using latest SAP innovations (AI/ML, RPA where applicable)

Act as trusted advisor to business and leadership, presenting solution designs and roadmaps

Mentor junior consultants and lead cross-functional teams

Requirements

10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP FICO

3+ full lifecycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA Finance

Hands-on experience in SAP Group Reporting / Financial Consolidation
