Job description
- Design mixed-signal circuits using high-speed data converters, RFIC, and serial interfaces
- Partner with team members to improve, edit, and maintain existing FPGA/SOC designs
- Perform component selection, schematic capture, and layout for designs across a range of complexity
- Own the fabrication and assembly handoffs with manufacturing partners for prototyping
- Generate and maintain technical data, drawings, and engineering orders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, mechanical, software, project management, sales, etc.) to develop product requirements, as well as through the project lifecycle
- Conduct simulations, modeling, and testing to validate hardware performance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and applicable regulations
- Maintain component library and design standards

- Working knowledge of Digital Signal Processing principles and embedded software
- Experience with system integration and proof of concept prototype design
- Hands-on lab experience
- Experience using Altium Designer
- Proven experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to successfully plan, execute, and deliver technical projects
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio., * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree from an accredited university or commensurate experience is preferred.
