The Adobe Document Cloud organization is looking for a versatile and highly motivated Software Engineer to help build and deliver our next-generation Adobe Acrobat Sign service.
Adobe Acrobat Sign offers an end-to-end solution by automating the entire contracting process from the request for signature to the distribution and filing of the executed agreement.
You will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the way the world signs documents! Adobe Sign is an exceptionally innovative service that automates the entire contracting process, from request to execution. We are seeking a passionate engineer with a drive for innovation and a commitment to learning.
You will be working on different technology stacks for front-end and back-end solutions of Adobe Acrobat Sign. You will work with a dynamic team in San Jose, CA, dedicated to producing scalable and high-quality enterprise solutions. What you will do
- Design, deploy and support secure and efficient containerized services that power Adobe Sign
- Develop, build, and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure data pipelines that process data from diverse sources.
- Work closely with customers and product management to define requirements that drive Adobe Sign as a leading e signature solution
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and turn ideas into working prototypes and production features
- Collaborate with teams across Adobe to broaden your skills and stay ahead of modern development, testing and deployment practices
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience developing commercial server side software or end to end cloud services
- Strong background in building and deploying web applications and a solid understanding of multi tier enterprise architectures
- Strong experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with data pipeline tools and familiarity with Databricks and Power BI is a plus
- Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across teams
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently in a hybrid environment
Benefits & conditions
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $139,000 -- $257,550 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $177,900 - $257,550
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
