Job description
Kforce has a client seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. They are seeking a highly experienced Data Analyst to support AI-driven visualization and analytics for problem management. This role will focus on extracting, wrangling, and analyzing complex ServiceNow data to deliver proactive insights across incidents, changes, and ad-hoc requests. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and wrangle complex datasets from ServiceNow
- Build and maintain SQL queries for analytics and reporting
- Leverage GCP/BigQuery for large-scale data analysis
- Develop Grafana dashboards and visualizations
- Apply AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to generate insights and analytics
- Support AI visualization initiatives for problem management
- Partner with Bain consultants, PMs, and stakeholders
- Shift reporting from reactive to proactive insights
Requirements
- Advanced ServiceNow experience with deep understanding of data structures
- Strong SQL writing and query optimization skills
- Heavy hands-on experience with BigQuery (GCP)
- Proven Grafana dashboarding experience
- Practical experience using AI tools (Claude and/or Gemini)
- Experience with MCP
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
